Welcome to the Calgary Thunderbird Club website.

 

Our club & website is dedicated to all Ford Thunderbirds, 1955 to Present, and is for all enthusiasts of the marque.  Ownership is not required to enjoy friendship, experiences & stories with and about our cars.

 

Club meetings are held on the first Thursday of every month at the Horton Road Legion, Centennial Branch, at 9202 Horton Road SW.  Meetings start at 7:30pm.  Come early and enjoy dinner before the meeting.  The Legion's food is good and fairly inexpensive.  Everyone is welcome.

Best Of 2010 Show - Wayne & Audrey Modin's 1956

We are interested in receiving information, pictures and stories of member's cars for future newsletters and the website.  We also want your suggestions on ways to make our website more interesting and useful.  Please contact Mike Hartley with your ideas.

Our 5th Annual "T-Birds In The Park" Meeting & BBQ was held at North Glenmore Park on July 15, 2010.  The weather was beautiful, the turn-out was great,  the food was awesome and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.  Our thanks to this year's sponsor, club member Kevin Mitchell,  Sean Yost at M&M Meats and all of the members who participated and brought salads, munchies and desserts.  Everyone outdid themselves!  Thanks for a great event!!  Photos are coming soon!  We encourage everyone to plan to attend next year.
